The New Zealand Panels Group is a leader in the interior panels sector. Operating businesses in both the North and South Islands, their product brands have expanded to Prime Panels, Bestwood, Dezignatek, Shearers, Impeys and Kopine.

The lighting was ineffective and old and needed to be replaced.
What we did
Lighter worked with Shearers and NZ Panels to create a lighting design for their building, located in the Waimakariri Industrial Park. The goals were to increase health & safety and enhance the work environment for the staff.
Outcome
We delivered a brighter, safer building for the client and staff, while providing yearly cost savings of $4,520.00.
We installed 28,000 lumen fittings into the main workshop areas to make sure the mechanics and paint and panel workers could see any imperfections.
We removed over 100 lights and still managed to increase lighting levels by 200-400% across the store.
